I wouldn’t use anyone else - five star and amazing staff. Especially when travelling with small children

We ALWAYS use Bravotur for our transfers and would not consider any other company. Our friendly, professional driver is always waiting for us in the arrivals hall at Faro and easy to spot. Vehicles are always spotlessly clean. Return transfers are just as smooth. Any questions or amendments re flight time changes are quickly responded to. An excellent service all round and would absolutely recommend without hesitation.

I have used Bravotur for 5 years now. I initially heard of them through booking a golf break. They were so good during that trip that I have used them ever since. The driver who picked us up at Faro airport was exactly where we were told she would be with no waiting around. She took our bags from us inside the airport and led the way to the car. We have used Bravo Tur as our transfer to and from Faro and Albuferia for over 10 years. We have always found them very reliable, sometimes waiting 2 hours if our flight has been delayed. Their taxi's are air conditioned so nice and cool and very clean inside and out. Their drivers are polite and will chat with you if you want them to. Their prices are also very competitive. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to a reliable, clean service.

Ours was a slightly more complicated transfer than usual, with two separate return pickups from different locations in Albufeira, but Bravotur handled it all without a hitch. Having just returned from a golf trip to Albufeira yesterday evening, I would like to place on record the thanks from all 12 members of my group to all the drivers involved in our transfers from the arrival on Friday 8th to our departure on Tuesday 12th April and the return golf transfers in between. Given the size of our group we needed 2 vehicles each journey and this proved not to be an issue. We found all your drivers to be courteous and informative, pleasant and friendly and willing to help. Often we tend to make complaints with service providers but I believe that praise should be given where due. We have used Bravo Turs for many years, including this, as an airport transfer and also to get around Albuferia. We would highly recommend them. Their booking service is simple and you get a very quick response. They have always arrived early for their pick-ups but don't hassle you if you aren't quite ready. I pre-booked with Bravo-tur before the holiday, it was peace of mind knowing we didn't have to look for a taxi when we arrived at airport, we were met by a lovely lady waiting at arrivals with our name on a board so there was no confusion. Very clean, air conditioned & spacious mini bus transferred us safely to our destination in Guia (little over half hour drive from Faro). The driver had very good English and was so informative, it was a lovely welcome and positive start to our holidays. Our return journey had to be altered due to airline being heavily booked so I had to contact bravo turs on departure day to make a change to our times which was no hassle at all. This was our 2nd year using Bravotur and again the service was excellent. Punctual and very friendly. Our taxi had a puncture halfway to our villa but Bravotur arranged for a replacement taxi which arrived in 25 minutes. - Great service. Brovotours were spot on! picked us up from faro and dropped us off, were waiting there at the airport, all smiles and on time. Not one complaint and provided baby seat as well as booster seats for the kids. 12 people in total and 2 mini buses were waiting for us. will def. use again!

Excellent service provided by friendly and helpful staff. We had slightly different transfers as we staid in a different location first night so we needed a transfer next day as well. It was then discovered that my granddaughter had left her watch at this first night location. However on our transfer back to the airport at the end of our holiday the company allowed us a slight detour to pick it up at no extra cost. Very efficient and courteous service, with a transfer from Vila Gale Hotel Tavira to Faro airport. The driver Luis was prompt for the pick up (early, in fact) and was Informative and helpful. The transfer cost €40 which was good value for the service and convenience.

Booked this company in September after reading excellent reviews, all of which are true. The driver was waiting for us at Faro Airport, he was easily identified. We went directly to our hotel with no problems. On our return journey, again the driver was waiting for us and took us directly to the airport. Both drivers were friendly and polite. On behalf of my fellow golfers I would like to thank your Company for the efficient service for our golf trip last week in Alvor. The pick up and return to airport was well organised and the driver transported us to Alvor in a prompt manner. I would particularly like to point out Lewis on our transport to and from the courses. He again was prompt and fitted in with our requirements where we sometimes deviated from the stipulated times. Thanks again Lewis. Excellent Service. Quick response to initial email for a quote. Price was the same as others but choose this company because of other reviews. When we arrived at the airport we were collected by a representative without any delay and taken straight to our hotel. We pre-booked a return journey and again we were collected on time. Pick up from airport was fine same lady that picked us up in May this year. She was very friendly and chatty. Confirmed with driver that the pick up point for going home was different to drop off point. That was duly noted but unfortunately the driver for the return journey went to the wrong place. We had to ring Bravo to get him to the correct hotel. When he arrived slammed the doors didn't speak and drove off looking at his watch muttering under his breath. He drove to the airport at some speed, I guess he was dashing to his next pick up. I'm afraid this made both of us very uneasy and was glad to get into the airport. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I'm very sorry for what happened. There was a miscommunication our end and the driver was sent to the original hotel you travelled to, just 5 minutes around the corner. I do apologise for the drivers attitude, I can't see why he would act this way....I will take this up with him. Again I sincerely apologise if you made uncomfortable, our aim to make the start and finish of the holiday hassle free. I hope this will not deter you from booking with us again in the future.

Another first class service from Bravo Tur. They provided a competitive rate for our transfer from Faro airport to our villa in Carvoeiro. The driver was waiting at the airport, his presence was well signed and his demeanour was pleasant. This is the second time I have used Bravotur in the last 9 months. After bad experiences with another transfer provider I have been delighted with the service provided by Bravotur. They are extremely professional and I would recommend them to anyone. They patiently waited for me and my friends after a longer than expected round of golf last September. In June this year they swiftly took my wife, daughter and I to our taxi having left Faro airport. Our journey time was at least 20 minutes quicker than the last provider used to the same destination. 1st class service over the past two years. Always first port of call for an excellent airport transfer. On latest occasion flight was one hour late and driver still waited for us to arrive . Very reassuring. Second problem that night of arrival, thought we had lost our passports and, back tracking, rang their emergency number which was answered immediately at 23-30. Next morning received a text saying driver had checked his van and had found no passports. They were subsequently found at the hotel.!! Our booking was confirmed promptly and any question replied to on the same day. Although flight was 1 1/2 hours late the driver was there waiting for us at 21.00 hours. Besides the arrival and departure service we used them again during our holiday. At all times they were on time, very pleasant drivers which were well driven. Booked Faro airport pickup to Albufeira hotel Thursday 14 July and return on Monday 18 July at agreed set fee. On time, clean vehicle, friendly drivers, no hassle. Did what they say on the tin.

Another very efficient and courteous transfer by Bravotur. Driver waiting with my name clearly displayed, in the arrivals hall of Faro airport - amongst a sea of other drivers. Rapid transfer to Carvoeiro (within the speed limit of course) using the motorway A22, not the N125. Transport clean, modern and air-conditioned. Return collection exactly on time and equally as efficiently completed. Bravotur are highly recommended by me and many friends. Competitive, efficient, comfortable and courteous - which ticks all the boxes!

Used Bravo Tour in the Algarve for airport transfers. They were great. They met us at the airport and at the end of the holiday picked us up at the agreed time. We booked two child seats - one for a baby and one for a 3 year old. Both supplied free of charge. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Cannot praise this company enough. The driver was waiting in arrivals with our name on a board, he assisted with our bags. The minibus was in good condition, the infant seat was already fitted and was immaculately clean and safe. On our return journey again all went perfectly, the driver spoke English and was polite to us. Fab company, excellent communication on booking too.

I would like to express my gratitude for the helpfulness and efficiency I was shown. I was waiting for an airport transfer in the morning at 5.30 (am). By 6.00 I was concerned and rang the bravo tur telephone number. I explained the situation and was told I was on the records for a transfer at 5.30 (pm) in the evening, however within minutes the gentleman had contacted a driver and I was on my way 15 mins later. Both gentlemen were so helpful and professional despite having their sleep disrupted and again I would like to thank them both.

Just some feedback on our transfers. Both of them were completed without any trouble. On the way from the airport the lady driver stopped with us to ensure we could offload our luggage into the villa before we could take occupation, having arrived well before the stated 4pm start time.
On the way to the airport the driver turned up at 7.15am (the form stated 7.15 to 7.30) and we were able to get to the airport in plenty of time to check in.
Very good experience, we will use you again should the need occur.
